I came from a corporate environment as a Human Resources Manager/Director for over 20 years and saw that Guided Discoveries was hiring a Human Resources Manager. I love children and came from a place where I used to work with kids out of high school and during college.

I thought this would be a great fit for all of my experience. Before coming to Guided Discoveries, I worked in the Hospitality Industry and am skilled in Labor Relations Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, Compliance, and Interviewing. During this time, I ran many programs that included being a liaison between employees and management, unemployment claims, worker’s compensation, teaching and training, and associate relations. I implemented staff safety and oversaw staff reward/safety programs. Human Resources has always been my passion since I love working with people and helping the team as well as the individual. I have worked in many distinct aspects of Human Resources and love every one of them from onboarding to offboarding, discipline, payroll, and many other roles.

Since coming to Guided Discoveries, I have had the pleasure of hiring and helping build a new HRIS system for our staff to use. Being in our camps is amazing and rewarding to see how the staff we have hired is making a difference in the lives of the campers. I am honored to be able to work for a company that has exceptional values.

I am a mom of 2 boys and 2 girls. Having been raised in Southern California, I love the ocean and the mountains!
